What Working With Me Is Like
Working with me is pretty simple. Most things start with a “Hey Scott, my site went bonkers again,” through email, chat, or SMS. (Calls are by appointment only — I’m usually elbows-deep in code, and Jack does not need to learn any new words.)
You tell me how your site is being wonky, what you need, and a bit about your business or project. I drop it into the queue, and depending on how full the workshop is, it might take a few days or sometimes a week or two before your turn wobbles its way up.
If the project needs it, I’ll spin up a staging copy on my server so we can tinker without making your live site go wacky. Once we have a few things ready, I’ll send it your way for a look. I fully expect feedback like, “Uhm… not quite. How about we try this?” I tweak, you review, I adjust — a friendly (and occasionally silly) little loop until everything feels right.
No pressure, no frantic deadlines, no big production. Just clear communication, steady steps, and a bit of fun while we fix things together.
